General rules
A basic overview of the rules that apply to all pool variants - from the correct shootout to table manners. We recommend starting here.
Fuly
An overview of the most common fouls that can occur in pool play - from an incorrect shot to touching the balls or cue. Knowledge of fouls is crucial not only for fair play, but also for good decision making in tense situations.
The Eight
The most widely played pool game. Players take turns throwing full or half balls, the goal being to sink the black eight at the end. Ideal for recreational and club play.
Nine
A fast and dynamic variant where balls 1 to 9 are played. The balls must be hit in ascending order of number, but the first to sink a nine wins.
The Ten
Similar to the nine, but more challenging - the player must report every ball and pocket. Ten is an accurate and fair game, popular at the competitive level.
The Fourteen
Also known as "straight pool". The player chooses any ball and receives a point for each correctly played ball. The goal is to reach a set number of points. The game requires strategic planning and precision.
